\mathsf{2x+3y+1}\\\\\\
\mathsf{x=\dfrac{2}{3}}\\\\
\mathsf{y=-\dfrac{1}{2}}\\\\\\\\
\mathsf{2x+3y+1=2\cdot\dfrac{2}{3}+3\cdot-\dfrac{1}{2}+1}\\\\\\
\mathsf{2x+3y+1=\dfrac{4}{3}-\dfrac{3}{2}+1}\\\\\\
\mathsf{2x+3y+1=\dfrac{4}{3}-\dfrac{3+2}{2}}\\\\\\
\mathsf{2x+3y+1=\dfrac{4}{3}-\dfrac{1}{2}}\\\\\\
\mathsf{2x+3y+1=\dfrac{8}{6}-\dfrac{3}{6}}\\\\\\
\boxed{\mathsf{2x+3y+1=\dfrac{5}{6}}}
