Bem, para passar os verbos na forma negativa é muito simples apenas tem que se ter em conta o verbo e acrescentar o "not" em frente desse mesmo verbo.
Ex : My brother is a good actor.
Negativa : My brother is not a good actor.
I am smart.
Negativa : I am not smart.
Para fazer interrogações em inglês também é fácil é só passar mos o verbo para trás do pronome pessoal.
Ex: I am a good player.
Interrogativa : Am I a good player?
My sister is so beautiful.
Interrogativa : Is my sister so beautiful?
