Thank you for loving my dogs. >>''loving'', nesse caso, também é um substantivo (objeto da preposição ''for'')

Em português, nós podemos dizer ''Estou amando meu trabalho'' ou então ''Estou amando uma pessoa''.  Em inglês o correto é ''I love my job'' e ''I love my boyfriend.''

The kids are leaving to the beach.

→→  Present continuous   - tempo verbal usado quando queremos falar de algo que está acontecendo no momento em que falamos.  Pode vir acompanhado de ''now'' - ''right now'' - ''at the moment''

Para formar o present continuous é preciso verbo ''to be'' no presente + verbo terminando em'' -ing ''

Ex.: I am studying English now. - Eu estou estudando inglês agora.

      They are playing soccer. - Eles estão jogando futebol.

∵∵  Alguns verbos que NÃO DEVEM ser usados no present continuous:

like - gostar

doubt - duvidar

need - precisar

know - saber, conhecer

believe - acreditar, crer

hate - odiar

love - amar

taste - provar (sentir o sabor)

agree - concordar

→→  Simple present - verbo descreve ações que acontecem todo dia.

She goes to school. - Ela vai para a escola.

I go to the grocery on Saturday. - Eu vou ao mercado no sábado.

We watch TV at night. - Nós assistimos TV à noite.
