Who se usa para pessoas, sendo elas: a) boy, d) children, f) director.

Where se usa para lugares, sendo eles: b) shopping.

Which se usa para objeto ou animal, sendo eles: e) airplane, g) jacket.

Obs: That subistitui who e which. Não tem problema caso queira substituir alguma frase que se use um deles.
