Para negar no futuro simples (will) basta colocar o not após will.

WILL+NOT = WON'T

A- They will see the movie next week.
They won't see the movie next week.

B- He'll play soccer tomorrow.
He won't play soccer tomorrow.

2 - Para passar para a interrogativa é ainda mais fácil: basta colocar o WILL no começo da frase.

A- They will see the movie next week.
Will they see the movie next week?

B- He'll play soccer tomorrow.
Will he play soccer tomorrow?
