Pimples tend to trouble the lives of about 80% of adolescents and a large mass of adults, especially after the age of 25 . The problem appears  most often due to hormonal changes , excessive stress, poor nutrition and even lack of hygiene , which  are factors that directly contribute to its development in the case of people with genetic  predisposition.
Childhood acne is caused by the same clinical reason as other types of pimples . Due to increased oil production by the glands  or presence of dirt on the skin , the pores ( hair follicles )are clogged and , upon  contact with bacteria on the surface  of the dermis , causes inflammation and red dots , which are what we know as acnes .
However , according  to specialists , the factor that contributes most to the development of the problem in the case of children in this age group is precocious  puberty.
Whwn their signs appear before it , it may be that the child is going through early  periods of hormonal  changes  , wihtout the parents  noticing . Science has not yet been  able to pinpoint  exactly what  causes  early  maturation , but among the main suspects are over-emotional stress ,which can directly tinker and  mess up the hormones in the body .
Hope this helps .
