A resposta é a letra C.

A) I would have already been working for the company during 5 years.

B) I have already been working for the company during 5 years.

Eu nunca usei during, sempre usei for..

C) I had already been working for the company for 5 years.

Acredito que essa seja a resposta.

D) I was already working for the company durning 5 years

Alternative C.

This sentence describes an action in a recent past (Patrick joined the company) and another action that happened in a distant past (I had already been working for the company for 5 years).

All in all, you should use the past perfect (had + past participle) to describe an action that happened before another action in the past (past simple).
