When do we use the Simple Present? Choose the correct option:

A)It is used to describe habits, unchanging situations, general truths, and fixed arrangements. Depending on the person, this verb tense is formed by using the root form or by adding ‑s or ‑es to the end. In the Interrogative and Negative forms we use DO/DOES.

B)It is the verb form of the present tense that expresses actions happening now, actions that are in progress.

C)It is used to talk about a completed action in a time before now.

D)It indicates continuing action, something that was happening, going on, at some point in the past. This tense is formed with the helping "to be" verb, in the past tense, plus the present participle of the verb (with an -ing ending).
