Well, first I'd say that english as life meaning will help me to improve my knowledge around to many subjects, also it will help me for traveling, communication, learning and increase contact with people around the globe.
In my studies...
Probably it will impact in my studies as it may help me to gain access to stuff published in english ad scientific context.
For my future...
No doubt that english helps to communicate with foreigners, thinking about future is a need, and I think the language will able to many facilities as not only concerned to learning, but to increase my access with people.
For my career prospects...
Career is like walk step-to-step, and to have success we need to follow the path, and I know that english as global language is a valuable tool, so, it will probably being used very well to help me in this path find.
