No presente contínuo, usa-se o verbo to be conjugado de acordo com a pessoa e com o tempo e acrescenta-se a terminção -ing ao verbo principal.

Ex.: She is watching tv at the moment.

They were playing the soccer in the park yesterday.

We are baking a cake for tomorrow's contest.
