O verbo to be é um verbo irregular, no passado assume duas formas:
Was - para I, He, She It.
- I was lost.
- He was sad.
- She was alone.
- It was beautiful.
Were - para You, They, We.
- I knew you were trouble.
- They were too funny.
- We were perfect together.
