She needs some apples. (Ela precisa de um pouco de maçãs.) We found some stones in the backyard. (Nós achamos algumas pedras no quintal.) You have some cats. Com o exemplo, podemos entender melhor: Would she like some milk? (Ela gostaria de um pouco de leite?) Could you give me some coins? (Você poderia me dar algumas moedas?) Does he have any dogs? (Ele tem algum cão?) No, he does not have any dogs. (Não, ele não tem nenhum cão.) Do you need any ingredients? (Vocês precisam de algum ingrediente?) No, we do not need any ingredients. (Não, nós não precisamos de nenhum ingrediente.) Are there any mountains here? (Existe alguma montanha aqui?) No, there aren’t any mountains here. Por exemplo: She has no cats. (Ela não tem nenhum gato.) We play no card games. (Nós não jogamos nenhum jogo de cartas.) I need no help here. (Eu não preciso de nenhuma ajuda aqui.) Extra Exercises 1. Complete with Some / Any / No. a) He’ll buy ________ juice .
