Interrogativa:

They weren't playing to travel
Paul wasn't working jazz
You aren't dancing hard
It wasn't so cold

Na forma negativa use sempre o "not" depois do verbo to be.

Interrogativa:

Was Sarah playing Basketball?
Were they playing to travel?
Was Paul working jazz?
Are you dancing hard?
Was it so cold?

Na forma interrogativa use sempre o verbo to be no começo da frase.
