It depends on the context. They can be used in pretty specific situations, and in general they aren't used right before anthroponyms. Examples:

I) The Abraham is a good man (wrong);
I.1) Abrahm is a good man (correct);

II) Is the Linda a nice woman? (wrong);
II.1) Is Linda a nice woman? (correct).

Now take a look at some clauses which entitle the usage of articles right before anthroponyms:

I) The Paul I'm talking about is tall and blond;
II) I'm looking for a Daniel. Are you the Daniel Morrison?
