The Old Man, the Boy and the Donkey
An old man and his young grandson had to go to town to buy some tools. The town
was very far from where they lived, so they got their donkey to help them on the
trip
The old man put the boy on the donkey and decided to walk. Along the road they
met a man, who said, this is very sad, to see a strong young boy is riding a donkey
and a weak old man walking.
So the boy got off the donkey and the old man got on it. After some time they met
another man who said to the old man, don't you have a heart? You are still a strong
man, and you are riding the donkey. The boy is so young and looks so tired, and you
make him walk.
After that they decided both to ride the donkey. They were riding along the road for
some time, when they met still another man. The man said this is really a crime: two
people on a donkey. Don't you feel sorry for the poor animal?
So they both got off the donkey and decided to walk to town. A fellow on the road,
already near the town, said to his friend in a loud voice, Aren't those two stupid?
They have a donkey and they are walking!

5. Achei o texto muito simplista se pensarmos nele como uma parábola e também é bem pobre em variedade gramatical.
