colocar na negativa a seguinte frase:
That student has to develop his creativity​
posso escrever tanto "That student has to develop his creativity" como "That student doesn't has to develop his creativity" ?

That student doesn't HAVE = quando tu usa o doesn't, precisa substituir o Has pelo Have

Então no final fica = That student doesn't have to develop his creativity.
