Explicação

Nessa situação, basta apenas acrescentar "not", ao verbo principal, no caso o verbo "To Be" para tornar a sentença negativa, mas lembre-se que essa regra é geralmente utilizada em relação aos auxiliares e ao próprio verbo "To Be".
