In a large bowl, whisk together the oil, salt, and pepper, and season with salt and pepper.

In a saucepan, heat the margarine and brown the onion and garlic. Then sauté the dried meat and cilantro. Turn off the heat and set aside.
COUSCOUS
In a container, place the corn and salt. Add the water gradually until the mixture is moist. Put water on the bottom of a medium saucepan. Distribute the wet corn at the top and press lightly with a spoon to secure. Remove and serve with the reserved filling.
