Resposta:

They weren't studying yesterday afternoon. They were watching TV.

It wasn't raining yesterday.

My family and I weren't traveling last month.

I wasn't listening to music. I was playing video game.

Exemplo: "I wasn't swimming at the pool.I was studying" *Eu não estava nadando na piscina.Eu estava estudando. "They're not swimming at the pool, they are studying" *Eles não estavam nadando na piscina, eles estavam estudando.
