There are é usado para o plural, ou seja dois ou mais.

Exmplo : There are four pens in my desk

Há quatro canetas no balcão

There are five eggs in the fridge

Há 5 ovos na geladeira

There are many magazines in my box

Há muitas revistas na minha caixa

Para forma interrogativa ,só trocamos a ordem
