did the mother kiss the father? = interrogativa, como o did coloca o verbo no passado seria errado usar kissed,
negativa= the mother didn't kiss the father = o msm acontece nessa, como didn't é somente o did na negativa, ele ja coloca o verbo no passado então seria errado acrescentar o ed.
