Big pharma reps are induced to meet some physicians moreover they often pay for the meeting such as in a restaurant and or other places such as bars so on and so forth and they are instructed to have a close relationship with the doctor thus tipping them about the medicine in which they are selling, such as Cialis also give a small presentation to the doctor if he accepts the request of the pharma rep, on how and when to prescribe that medication to a patient, and the bonus the physician can earn by doing it recurrently! therefore creating an unhealthy situation to thay doctor's patients who will be prescribe for something when they actually don't have to take and maybe a situation that could be easily dealt without a medication nonetheless the doc will prescribe since they are earning more by doing that, it is basically the capitalism tainting the health of many people especially in the United States where there is a fierce competition amidst big pharma companies! thus there is a need for more regulation by the govern and there are several senators trying to approve more regulatory rules to them!
