Dear Journal

About yesterday...

Yesterday I didn’t have time to write here

because I went on a short trip. I had a great time!

I knew a new city, spoke with interesting people,

ate at a nice Brazilian restaurant and was on a

train for the very first time!

When I finally arrived home, I watched one

episode of my favorite series and slept early,

around 9.

About today...

Today I have been to the supermarket, to the

drugstore, to the gym and to work.

I have eaten healthy food and I’ve drunk lots of

water.

I’ve spoken with my family and friends on the

phone.

I’ve received my neighbors for some herbal tea;

and finally, I’ve organized the house.

What a busy day!

Now it’s time for bed.
