Eat vegetables, drink lots of water, do exercise, sleep well and be grateful for your life and everything you have... cut down fast food, fried food and sodas, because although they may taste good, it’s filled with harmful fats, chemical additives, excess sodium and sugar. They are high on calories (most likely to influence weight gain) and low on fiber and nutrients.
