Pra achar a função inversa ,basta trocar o X pelo Y :

y = x + 2 / x -3

x = y + 2 / y- 3

x.y -3x = y +2

x.y - y = 2 + 3x

pondo y em evidência :

y ( x - 1 ) = 2 + 3x

y = 2 + 3x / x-1

f^-1(x) = 2+3x/x-1

Basta trocar o X pelo Y
