Acrescenta-se ING no final dos verbos. Ex:
Play = Playing
Do = Doing
Porém:
-Se o verbo terminar em E e tiver uma consoante antes, o verbo perde a letra e acrescenta-se ING. Ex:
Make = Making
Dance = Dancing
Se tiver uma vogal antes do E, o verbo perde a letra, acrescenta Y e ING. Ex:
Lie = Lying
- Se o verbo terminar em uma consoante + vogal + consoante (CVC), dobra-se a última letra e acrescenta ING. Ex:
Swim = Swimming

Forma Afirmativa:
I am (I'm) watching TV.
He is (He's) playing soccer.

Forma Negativa:
I am not watching TV.
