algumas respostas são pessoais, mas vc pode responder assim:

1. yes, i think so, I don't usually eat fast food and try to workout three times at week

2. sometimes because they are tryig to change their appearance, eat better,get fit, or maybe because they have some cardio problem and have to improve their heart\ lungs etc

3. foods that give you the nutrients you need to mantain your health, feel good and have energi, such as fruits, vegetables, meat, grains, legumes etc

4. if I can find something in the middle of both I'll take it, 'cause there's no use you eat something health but don't like it.

5.i try to, but i can't  always have lunch on time

6. people in the US usually consume a lot of fast food, way too much of carbs, industrialized food, greasy food, candys\ sweets and especially a the wrong times.

7. have a health diet, workout, drink a lot of water, avoid eat too much carbs.
