\sf 2\cdot(X+4)=4x+11\\\\\\2x+8=4x+11\\\\\\{Subtrair\:}8{\:de\:ambos\:os\:lados}\\\\\\2x+8-8=4x+11-8\\\\\\2x=4x+3\\\\\\2x-4x=4x+3-4x\\\\\\-2x=3\\\\\\\dfrac{-2x}{-2}=\dfrac{3}{-2}\\\\\\\to \boxed{\sf x=-\frac{3}{2} \approx-1,5}
