Affirmative: subject + auxiliary have + main verb in the participle.

Ex.: She has done horrible things. They have baked several trays of weed brownies. I have answered a gazillion questions.

Negative: subject + auxiliary have + not + main verb in the participle.

Ex.: She hasn't done horrible things. They haven't baked several trays os weed brownies. I haven't answered a gazillion questions.

Interrogative: auxiliary have + subject + main verb in the participle.

Ex.: Has she done horrible things? Have they baked several trays of weed brownies? Have I answered a gazillion questions?

Present perfect is used to:

describe unfinished actions;

describe finished actions regarding life experiences, actions/situations with a result in the present, when the period of time is still continuing;

and to talk about something that happened recently.
