I had a tough day yesterday, and last night I just wanted to chill out at home and watch some sitcoms. I made a huge sandwich and sat on the sofa in front of the TV, but just when the first show was starting, the power went out. I ate my sandwich and waited for a little bit. Then I guess I closed my eyes because I was sleeping when the lights came on again. I looked at the clock, and it was almost midnight. I usually go to bed before twelve, so I turned off the lights, went to my room, and went to bed.

i have been waking up earlier than usual and it is going well until now i am thoroughly grateful for that! for instance today i have woken up at six am and i went to the bathroom as usual to urinate and after that i went to my mother's house where i have been running in her treadmill for a while in fact that was my father's treadmill i miss him so much! however good memories only about him i am grateful to have met that amazing person that was him! good and positive feelings only for him! wherever he is right now i am sure he is looking for me thank you my dad! anyhow i was running yesterday and i realized that the treadmill was not so right! the material that i was stepping over was bending a little and it was going to the left making a huge friction, it is a twenty to fifteen years old treadmill it served us very well until now however i think that is the moment to us retire it! and keep as a memory that my father and i were running when we used to go to the gym together! excellent times! i am chuckling right now since we use to run and after that we went to a burger shop here to eat sandwiches! and now i am searching for a gym where they have great treadmills and running devices as well as a stair stepping machine that would be good as well!
