Extreme sports are popular all over the world. But what makes people like these sports? Is it adventure or risk?

People who are into fast and dangerous sports, like rafting, skydiving and skiing, are called adrenaline lovers. They must be courageous and daring people, who enjoy taking risks and overcoming fear. They face a lot of dangerous situations while practicing extreme sports, but if you ask them if they would do it again, the answer would be: YES.

There are some other sports that can be considered less risky, like slack-line, stand-up paddle and parkour, which are usually about keep your balance and overcoming obstacles. People who are into those sports must have one special skill: focus.
