a) affirmative- she´s a very good student.

negative- she isn´t a very good student

interrogative- is she a good student?

b) andrew and tania were in new york last year

andrew and tenia weren´t in new york last year

were andrew and tania in new york last year?

(troquei o are por were porque não se usa are numa situação do passado, se usa were)

c) I am studying English literature.​

I´m not studying English literature.​
