Hello, how are you?
Interrogativa:
Are there two dogs in the house?
Is there a fly in my soup?
Are there two restaurants near here?
Is there a boy outside?
Are there fifty reasons to be happy?
Para construir uma frase na interrogativa é só você jogar o verbo to be (is,are,am) para o início da frase.
Negativa:
There are not two dogs in the house
There is not a fly in my soup
There are not two restaurants near here
The is not a boy outisde
There are not fifty reasons to be happy
Nesse caso é só você adicionar uma negação (do not, not,no) após o verbo.
*No inglês permite-se o uso de contrações, então ''there are not'' pode virar ''there aren't'', etc.
