x^{2} +10x+16=0\\\\ a=1~;~b=10~;~c=16\\\\\\ \Delta=b^2-4ac\to~\Delta=10^2-4.1.16\to~\Delta=100-64\to~ \boxed{\Delta=36}\\\\ x' \neq x''\\\\\\ x= \dfrac{-b\pm \sqrt{\Delta} }{2a} \to~~ x= \dfrac{-10\pm \sqrt{36} }{2.1} \to~~ x= \dfrac{-10\pm 6 }{2} \to~~ \\\\\\ x'= \dfrac{-10+ 6 }{2} \to~~ x'= \dfrac{-4 }{2} \to~~ \boxed{x'=-2} \\\\\\x''= \dfrac{-10-6 }{2} \to~~ x''= \dfrac{-16 }{2} \to~~ \boxed{x''=-8}\\\\\\\\\\ \large\boxed{\boxed{S=\{-8~;~-2\}}}

x^2 + 10x + 16 = 0

Fatorando
     (x + 8)(x + 2) = 0
          x + 8 = 0
                           x1 = - 8
          x + 2 = 0
                          x2 = - 2
                                                         S = { - 8, - 2 }
