At: Diferente de "in" at pode significar estar em algum lugar. Ex.: Those enemy troops are AT their rendezvous point.
By: Significa um meio, ou "por". Ex.: This was made by myself.
With: Significa com. Ex.: Can you come with me?
About: Significa "sobre" em sentido de assunto. Ex.: I'm not talking about you anymore.
