This dialogue, two friends meet in the street and talk about how the weekend was.

[woman] Hey, how are you?

[man] Not much ... just a little tired from the weekend.

[woman] Yes? What did you do?

[man] Well ... I cleaned the apartment on Saturday morning, then studied for an afternoon exam. So I cooked dinner for six people. Some relatives were visiting on Saturday, so ...

[woman] Wow. What did you cook?

[man] Ah, simple thing ... pasta, some tacos, a salad ...

[woman] Italian and Mexican ... always good.

[man] Yeah, that was good, but I went to bed at three in the morning. And then Sunday, at 8 in the morning, my friend called me to talk about the exam ...

[woman] Did you go to bed at 3 and get up at 8? Uhh ...

[man] Yes, yes ... I just got up and went to the library and studied all day. By the time I got home, it was almost midnight. So I'm kind of tired.

[woman] When is your exam?

[man] Tomorrow, 7 in the morning.

[woman] Well, good luck!
