Explicação:

No Present Perfect para interogativas invertemos o have ou has com o sujeito

Afirmartiva:

She has eaten already

Ela já comeu

Interrogativa:

Has she eaten yet?

Ela já comeu?

Afirmativa:

You have lived here since Agost

Você está morando aqui desde Agosto

Interrogativa:

Have you lived here since Agost?

Você está morando aqui desde Agosto?

Já que have ou has nestes casos são auxiliares basta invertelos com o sujeito,é a mesma regra do verbo to be

E para negativas apenas acrecentamos n't ou not depois do have

Afirmativa:

I have finished my homework

Eu terminei meu dever de casa

Negativa:

I haven't finished my homework yet

Eu ainda não terminei meu dever de casa

Ou você pode dizer:I have not finished my homework yet

Usamos o has para:

He

She

It

É o have será para:

You

We

They

I
