Y: Almost everyday, somedays I can't even get up of my bedroom because the pain
D: I'm supposing it's an infection... or maybe Labyrinthitis. I'll give you some medicines and if you do not feel better, please, come back here again

Y: So do I, I can't stand this pain anymore
