x/5 - x/3  = x - 5 - x + 3
3x/15 - 5x/15 = -2
 (3x - 5x)/15 = -2
-2x / 15 = -2
-2x = -2 * 15
-2x = -30
x = -30/-2
x = 15

Perímetro = x/5 + x/3 + x - 3 + x - 5
Perímetro = 15/5 + 15/3 + 15 - 3 + 15 - 5
Perímetro = 3 + 5 + 12 + 10
Perímetro = 30.
