Preciso de um texto que tenha os verbos no presente simples e, outro no passado simples em inglês. Necessito que separe-os em duas colunas, cada um em seu tempo verbal.

Simple Present Tense
In my town there is a lot of good persons. Yan is a doctor and takes care of our health. Marta is a waitress. She pays atenttion is each word that we speak. Captain Nascimento takes care of our security. He rides his police motorcicle around all the city to make sure all the things are going well. By the way, I live in a little city. And it's so calm and quiet. But all the people like to live here. 

Simple Past Tense
Yesterday was a big day. I woke up early and had some eggs for breakfast. After that my friends pick me up and we went to the club where we'd swim for a long time. When we were in the club a couple of friends who I had no see for a long time arrived there and we did a pool's jumps contest. I was so happy to enjoy that hot day with good friends.
