b) The train is stopping at the station.

   The course isn't beging  today.

f) My dog is dying.

 My dog isn't dying

Explicação:

Eu acho que as respostas ficam assim pois no present continuous se usa o verbo to be+ verbo com ing e se for na negativa acrescenta not no verbo to be.
