What a day!
Yesterday I had one of these days. My alarm clock didn't work, so I woke up late and in a hurry. I took a shower quickly, got dressed and rushed out the door. In the garage, I saw that my car had a flat tire. I was so late, but I changed the tire and drove. I decided to take a different way to avoid the traffic, but my idea was terrible, because an accident happened while I was at the main avenue, so they closed the traffic and I got stuck there for almost an hour. My boss was certainly waiting for me because we had a meeting and I knew I wasn't going to make it. I thought about calling him, but there was no line available for my cell phone in that area. As soon as the police officers let us pass, I left straight to work, as fast as I could. As I was running into my office's building, I slipped and fell. I felt a very strong pain on my right ankle. The receptionist called and ambulance and they took me to the hospital. After a while, the doctor told me that I had broken my ankle and was going to need a surgery. At first, I cryed a lot, but my boss and my colleagues were very understanding and then I relaxed a bit just before the doctors started my surgery. All ended up well, but what a day!
