i was travelling to mexico with my wife when we got married! then we have booked the fanciest hotel in a village therefore we thought it would be a great hotel, however it was not anything like the picture the first time we got into the room the smell of mold and soot all over the bed then my wife who is utterly allergic started her sneezings that would not go away! then i called the front desk and right away asked for a total refund and that we were not staying even a day in that hotel, the clerk asked me why i was behaving like that and i told him that they were selling a fake room photos leading people to believe that the hotel was way fancier than it actually is! as well as being thoroughly unprofessional with their guests! after that they refund me and i always tell our friend to avoid any hotel that was related to that brand! regardless of that situation the rest of the trip was excelent we met beautiful beaches and places that only Mexico can show us!
