se for $\sqrt{\sqrt{2x-1-1=10}}$ a resposta sera:

$\begin{pmatrix}\begin{pmatrix}\sqrt{\sqrt{2x-1-1=10}}\end{pmatrix}^{2}\end{pmatrix}^{2}\\\begin{pmatrix}\sqrt{\sqrt{2x-1-1=10}}\end{pmatrix}^4\\ 2x+1+1=10\\ 2x=10-1-1\\ 2x=8\\ x=\dfrac{8}{2}\\ x=4$

ja se for 

$\begin{pmatrix}\sqrt{\sqrt{2x}-1-1=10}\end{pmatrix}^4\\ 2x+1+1=100\\ 2x=100-2\\ 2x=98\\ x=\dfrac{98}{2}\\ x=49$
