Good and bad

Daily habits can be good or bad, good habits can help you in many aspects making you more organized and focused on daily activities, but not always  we do good habits, sometimes we do bad habits that can be harmful to our health, our studies and our life in general, that's why we have to try to be better every day, and forget bad habits. Sometimes things that one person thin ks is a bad habit another can consider a bad habit for exemple sometimes a person thinks that watching YouTube videos of cute things is a waste of time and a bad habit when others will say that it awakens their creativity.  Some examples of habits are:

  • Using your phone, tablet or computer in bed: This habit - common to most people today - can seriously impair sleep quality and energy levels. And a bad night's sleep is sure to have disastrous effects the next day, so it's best to avoid it.
  • Compulsively surfing the internet: It takes 15 minutes of focus for a person to be able to engage in a task. This means that if there is a drop in concentration each time a message or status update arrives, you will need to start focusing again to get back to the previous stage.
  • Check the phone during a conversation: During a conversation, the focus should be on the conversation. If you are often distracted each time you hear the sound of a message on your cell phone, you may be losing all the quality that this conversation would have, in addition to making it very unpleasant for those who are with you.
  • Exchange an hour of social media for an hour of reading: It doesn't always have to be, but in looking at the Instagram feed before bed, try reading a little.
  • Do a few hours of exercise a week : One hour of cycling, one of walking, one of yoga ... try to spend time moving your body during the week, always looking for activities that you like.
  • Press delete : In the toxic people you live with, in those Facebook friends who only make negative comments, in the cell phone apps that take a lot of your attention and don't let you focus on other things
