para o interrogativo é só inverter o sujeito com o have/has. primeiro have/has > sujeito > verbo > complemento.
para o negativo vamos adicionar o not dps do have/has.
sujeito > have/has + not (haven't/hasn't) > verbo > complemento.
a- have they built many buildings?
they haven't built many buildings
b- has she bought many dresses?
she hasn't bought many dresses
c- have we brought our friends?
we haven't brought our friends
d- has he made many mistakes?
he hasn't made many mistakes
e- have you done your homework?
you haven't done your homework
f- have i/you had a headache?
i/you haven't had a headache
g- have sally and jhon been to California?
sally and jhon haven't been to California
