Resposta:

para o interrogativo é só inverter o sujeito com o have/has. primeiro have/has > sujeito > verbo > complemento.

para o negativo vamos adicionar o not dps do have/has.

sujeito > have/has + not (haven't/hasn't) > verbo > complemento.

a- have they built many buildings?

they haven't built many buildings

b- has she bought many dresses?

she hasn't bought many dresses

c- have we brought our friends?

we haven't brought our friends

d- has he made many mistakes?

e- have you done your homework?

f- have i/you had a headache?

g- have sally and jhon been to California?

sally and jhon haven't been to California
