    Sarah hasn't read the magazine I gave to her.  (to read-read-read)

5. Mike has brought the pizza.

     Mike hasn't brought the pizza.

6. I have finished washing the dishes.

     I haven't finished washing the dishes.

7. We have bought the TV.

    We haven't bought the TV.

8. People always have earned  more money.  (to earn-earned-earned)

    People always haven't  earned more money.

9. The cat has eaten its food cat.

    The cat hasn't eaten its food cat.

Explicação:

4. No Present Perfect todos os Verbos Pricipais estão no PARTICÍPIO PASSADO read/read/read (presente-passado-particípio)

8. To earn está no infinitivo - devo usar earned (particípio)

9. Fiquei um pouco confusa com o final da frase (its food cat)

REGRA GERAL : Toda negativa é feita  "GRUDANDO" o NOT  no verbo AUXILIAR
