Pergunta 2: Reasons you want this job (Razões pelas quais você quer esse emprego)

Neste tópico é muito provável que o entrevistador te faça as seguintes perguntas:

“Why are you interested in this position/job?”

(“Por que você está interessado nesse cargo/emprego?”)

“Why are you interested in working at (name of the company)”?

(“Por que você está interessado em trabalhar na (nome da empresa)?”)

Nestas perguntas você deve evidenciar as razões pelas quais você deseja exercer a função na empresa desejada.

What are your strengths?

“People skills”, “persuasive communication” and I'm good at “building relationships”.

What are your weaknesses?

"I am not good at public speaking, I have a certain dread, but I am trying hard.

What is your greatest professional achievement?

l “In one month, I simplified the process, which saved 10 hours of work per person per month and reduced invoice errors by 25%”.
