The explanation is that music creates an evironmente free of tension which
allows the individual to use his or her own intuition and creativity to solve
problems.
The relaxation created by mucic reduces stress. The brain starts to work at a
frequency of 7 to 15 cycles per second - the Alpha stage. At this stage, the brain
works at a level below the 21 cycles per second which is the limit of human
physical and psychological balance.
