Letra E, pois no He, She, It, se usa Does.

Letra D. Na interrogativa troca- se a posição  do verbo to be. No caso, Paul and Mary=They.  They were (pasado). Na interrogativa. Were They?  Ou seja, Were Paul anda Mary going to school?

Letra C. Na interrogativa, nesse caso usa-se o auxílio  do Do. Para as pessoas, he, She e It,  usa-se does, como foi explicado acima. E o verbo na terceira pessoa do singular (go)  fica sem modificação.
Ou seja, Does he go to the. ...?

Letra B. She visited ( ela visitou) A letra A, tb está  correta, porém o did está  enfatizando que ela realmente visitou.
